Planning & Acquisitions

Heidi Poscher

Ms. Mitchell has a long and successful track record of acquiring and renovating single-family, multi-family and small commercial residential property in the Midwest and on the West Coast. A graduate of Ann Arbor Pioneer High School and the University of Michigan, she has deep expertise in strategic planning and development and financial modeling and analysis. Ms. Mitchell leads Prentice Partners new property evaluation and acquisition, renovation planning and budgeting, and supports the CEO in living space design.

Operations Manager

Adam Hughes

Although Mr. Hughes' educational background is in Biology and Mathematics he's found himself changing his career trajectory over the past few years. Born and raised Salt Lake City, UT he spent time in California attending Notre Dame de Namur University before he moved to Ann Arbor in 2016. Since landing in A2 he has found his groove in the Real Estate world by managing properties and assisting in property development. Adam utilizes the same organizational tenacity he cultivated as a student athlete and applies it to the work he does day in and day out. Adam leads our tenant relations, leasing and maintenance request roles and feels that it is important to develop a personal relationship with each and every person that resides in a Prentice Partners home.

Construction Crew Chief

David Hrivnak

Mr. Hrivnak is responsible for the implementation of renovation plans while meeting company objectives related to timeline and budget. David’s input on approaches to construction and design implementation make him a valuable member of the Prentice Partners team.

Landscaping Services

Darius Johnson

Mr. Johnson helps run the Prentice Partners grounds crew and is responsible for managing lawns, exterior maintenance/landscaping and implementing preventive maintenance routines.

Marketing and Operations Support

Clare Laughery

Ms. Laughery is a Real Estate Development and Finance major at Central Michigan University. She is responsible for outbound messaging, management of Prentice Partners social media accounts and supporting Operations Management.
